Hey, I'm Eldon Sutherland

I help people lose weight and break through weight loss plateaus by changing their paradigm to achieve results.

"What is a paradigm?"

A paradigm is how you see yourself, the world and opportunity. It is how you approach change and challenges. It is how you see the world in terms of perceiving, understanding, and interpreting.

There is another great example of what a paradigm is in Bob Proctor's book Change Your Paradigm Change Your Life: "A paradigm is a mental program situated in your subconscious that has almost exclusive control over all of your habitual behavior."

Why is a paradigm important?

As mentioned earlier, a paradigm "...has almost exclusive control over all of your habitual behavior" the book continues: "...and almost all of your behavior is habitual!" Also, in Melanie Evan's book You Can Thrive After Narcissistic Abuse, she shares that "...we operate 95 to 99% of our lives from our subconscious programs."

I don't know about you but 99% is a pretty significant percentage of our lives and definitely worth looking into.

I italicized the word "programs" in Melanie Evan's statement above because if we look back at what the definition of what a paradigm is in Bob's book, it mentions that it is "...a mental program situated in the subconscious."

They are talking about the same thing!

And guess what? Our paradigm, that mental program within our subconscious, controls our long-term success or failure!

What does this have to do with weight loss?

Everything!

Let me briefly share my story.

For years I have struggled with weight loss. In fact, I hit a plateau, I could not get below 203 lbs. for the life of me (and yes, I specifically remember that number, it was my nemesis).

I did everything to get below that number. I would eat right, I tried various diets, I would work out and do cardio almost every single day. I would even run on the treadmill for up to an hour. However, no luck, I was drained and discouraged, and I eventually gave up.

Thankfully, I came across an interesting book in my first year of university and that led me to discover and develop a passion for reading. I devoured books outside of school for almost ten years now. I read a ton of books within the self-help and business section. I really enjoyed reading books on behavior, the mind, etc. anything about personal development. What does this have to do with my story?

Well...

One day I was fed up with being over-weight and depressed. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I decided to change my life at that moment, "no more!" I said to myself. I checked my weight and was at a startling, "224 lbs." damn, Eldon!

I went home and bought Change Your Paradigm Change Your Life a second time, however, this time I studied it like a mad scientist and began utilizing and applying the information in my own life and started working on the very thing that controls our lives to a large degree - the paradigm!

Long story short, I began working my paradigm day in and day out and guess what? I not reached 203 lbs. (for the millionth time) I was able to, for the first time in years, surpass that and I reached 173 lbs. That is a total of 52 lbs. in exactly six months! (I have documented everything in my notes, and I have taken pictures to for proof).

I want to pass this knowledge unto others and share with you the exact steps that I have taken, but also, I desire to continuously learn about paradigms because there is always room for improvement and I want to keep growing, finding more ways to effectively change that underlying mental programming, the paradigm, to help you achieve results.

I encourage you to join me as I embark on another weight loss journey teaching and educating others on weight loss and breaking through weight loss plateaus by providing insights, keys, to changing their paradigms for long-term success.

I hope to help you and hear from you one day that this knowledge, that the steps I provide have helped you achieve your personal weight loss goals.

Yours truly,

Eldon Sutherland
